14 Nov SKY Helicopters New Home At #TheHangar

I was perusing Facebook this morning while enjoying my coffee and some news out of SKY Helicopters got my attention quite quickly. The local helicopter tour and charter company has got a new home in #TheHangar out in Pitt Meadows. This gives them a location advantage for clients to have easy access to the Vancouver helipad, YVR, Abbotsford International Airport and the great outdoors.

The first launch event held here was with Google featuring Fab Dolan, Head of Large Advertiser & Agency Marketing. Below you’ll see him in action thanks to the SKY Helicopter Instagram account, and it gives you a real clear idea of how an event can look here at The Hangar.

The event space is over 6,000 square feet which allows for 500 people for a theatre seating arrangement, or have up to 300 people for a banquet. The Hangar includes the gear to setup for lighting and photography from just about any angle. For those doing a banquet there of course is a kitchen, so yes you can definitely do a wedding reception here…no need for a limo afterwards as SKY can take the bride and groom by air.
