This teeny tiny little home over in Point Grey made the news the other day for selling at a sale price of $1.3M which means the new owner paid $935 a square foot. While it has commentators up in a roar like most articles on small homes selling for a fortune, this place actually makes use of the space rather well. I quite like how the previous owner had it laid out and it definitely makes for a unique living experience.
