24 Mar Burrard Acura Grand Reopening with the Canucks’ Bo Horvat

Burrard Acura celebrated their grand reopening and was kind enough to invite us over for it. They threw a party at their new dealership located on Terminal Avenue in Vancouver with their new ambassador and Canucks rookie Bo Horvat there to meet fans. Horvat is fresh on the team, debuting only last November, but he’s already a fast-rising star on the team. And judging by the lineup of fans waiting to meet him before the event even started, he clearly has a fast-growing fan base. He spent the day meeting fans and signing merchandise while a DJ played and prizes were given away. I’ve just returned to Vancouver after being away for over a year, so I was pretty excited to see a complimentary White Spot food truck for a taste of home.

Previously owning a beloved classic Acura from the 90s, it was cool to get introduced to their latest lineup. They introduced a new mid-sized TLX this year, but I’m a fan of big sedans so I’d still take the RLX (if they want to give away any samples). Details I enjoyed were the new Jewel Eye LED headlines and the holographic heads-up display.

What the team at LuxuryBC is really dreaming about is the much-hyped release of the next-gen NSX supercar. And as soon as Burrard Acura gets one in the showroom, we hope they tweet us asap!
