12 Jun Engel & Völkers Opens In Victoria

As Victoria’s luxury real estate market heats up two of the cities top brokers have brought a touch of European flair to the downtown core. Scott Piercy and James LeBlanc are two names you’ve undoubtably heard and seen before around town, and you can expect to see even more. I had the pleasure of attending their grand opening downtown at 735 Humbolt St and wanted to showcase not only a couple photos from the event, but even more so the listings they have.

While Engel & Völkers has been making waves in luxury real estate for a few decades they’ve only recently started opening up shop in Canada. Besides the new shop here in Victoria, the German brand has also opened up in Calgary, Nanaimo, the York Region and Toronto since the start of this year.

The opening of the Victoria office was a huge success and there were so many people there it took me a good 30 minutes just to make it inside. I didn’t mind since I’m such a Porsche fanatic I spent some time drooling over the three beauties I captured for the main image you see above.
