26 May Moresby Island Up For Sale

While I haven’t covered an Island for sale in BC in a while I caught wind of Moresby Island’s listing even though it has been on the market for since last year. It isn’t easy selling this type of real estate so we’ll help spread the word to prospective buyers as I’d hate to see all that land not being enjoyed.

While there isn’t a listing price the Times Columnist speculates at a price around the $50,000,000 mark which is $25,000,000 less than James Island which is still up for sale.
