08 Nov The Cannery In Cowichan Bay

One of my favorite spots on Vancouver Island is without a doubt Cowichan Bay. This quant, slightly hidden community just outside of Duncan is home to a handful of artisan shops, brilliant restaurants and epic views of the ocean and landscapes surrounding the bay. When I spent the day here this past summer I noticed the new building on the block going up and it definitely caught my eye.

This little corner of Vancouver Island is far away enough that you feel like you’re always on vacation, however it’s a short drive into Duncan which has all you’d ever need. This building is definitely brining a luxury feel to the area and will look beautiful perched along the seaside drive.

While this condo building is still being built I wanted to showcase the work so far according to their website and Facebook page. I’m really looking forward to seeing the completed project next year and I hope the people buying in love the area as much as I do.

The Cannery in Cowichan Bay will feature 25 luxury residences, some of which are already snapped up although a handful of suites are still waiting for a new owner. The building was designed by the world renowned Vic Davies Architects, built by Vancouver Island’s own Palladian and interiors designed by Lana MacRae.
