27 Jan West Vancouver Mansion On The Rocks

I’ve looked at a lot of luxury properties in my lifetime but this West Vancouver home has one of the most amazing views I’ve seen to date. The house itself has so many exquisite features that I hardly know where to begin. Perhaps we can start with the fact it sits atop the rocky shoreline with unobstructed views of the ocean and not a neighbour in sight.

When I think of west coast contemporary this is what I had in mind, but really this house sets the bar. With four bedrooms and five bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone for their own space with a view. The only problem with this house is where do you spend most of your time? The interior is nothing short of perfection, while the outdoor areas are extremely inviting.

As you’ll see from the images below this house has a lot of detail to it. You might be interested to know that this home took over four years to build, but really that shouldn’t be a surprise. I’m also shocked by the price of $11,998,000 CDN which is a “bargain” compared to a lot of the other homes in its price range in other parts of Vancouver.
