Shangri-La Vancouver Penthouse For Sale: $15,000,000

The Shangri-La Vancouver penthouse is back on the market after a few years either sitting off or the new owner already wants to get rid of it. I remember when this stunning Vancouver penthouse was on the market in 2011 which I was able to find this video below showcasing this stunning place. Despite the video being kind of outdated you certainly get a good look and feel for what this unit offers….the best views in the city!

This penthouse was built in 2009 and situated on the 61st floor you get 4363 square feet of living space along with three bedroom and five bathrooms. Not only does this building come with the best services, its location is also key being close to the best shopping for not only thing, but food and nightlife. That and it doesn’t hurt that the seawall can be your personal running/walking/biking route.

The views are absolutely, without a doubt, the best in the city. You can look to Burnaby, face the North Shore Mountains or watch the tankers come and go in English Bay. The rooftop pool is also too cool for school…whoever designed the outdoor space had ‘fun’ in mind. I also really like the smaller touches like the live trees that come on the patio and your very own private garden.

This is definitely and entertainers palace and being a such a food nerd myself I’m happy to see the Boffi kitchen setup and that large island. It all leads nicely into the magnificently open living space which is just begging for the new owners to have many lavish dinner parties. Then again you can just take the elevator downstairs and grab something delicious at MARKET by Jean-Georges.
