The BC real estate market has been quite interesting over the years and even last year the number of luxury home sales had dropped quite a bit from 2011. I just caught this report from Kim McAlphine from MacDonald Realty and the numbers are looking quite good.
With places like Vancouver, Whistler and Victoria be such international destinations, the number of foreign buyers gobbling up the luxury real estate here are growing. This is what I love about living here, the rich cultural experiences and people that make it so habitable.
Remember that Fairmont Penthouse that sold for $25,000,000 this year? Well, it’s sales like that which will propel Vancouver’s prowess on the international real estate stage even higher.
