Vancouver Island is home to some of the most astonishing luxury homes parked right next to the best views money can buy anywhere, period. The Eagles Perch sits nestled on the rugged coast line just outside the relaxing little town of Sooke. I’m often seen driving around these parts but I’ve never even heard about this place until today somehow, and I’m glad I didn’t miss it.

This has got to be one of the nicest homes ever built in the province in my opinion and it will stand that way until you can change my mind. This property has been on the market for a few years as I can see a post dated in 2010 with a listing price of $4,900,000 CDN. As it stands now, the current price is $4,588,000 which gets you 3.2 acres of lush, pristine forest and epic sea views from all over this home.

The living space covers 6,348 square feet and it has 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms throughout the home. You might be thinking that the number of bedrooms is a little on the small side but then you realize how much living space there is. This a home for for entertaining, it would be a crime not to share this work of art with others.
