18 Feb Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s K9 Concierge
On my last visit to Vancouver I made a stop by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver to take a picture with Beau, their canine concierge. I had a meeting cancelled last minute so I was found wandering the streets of Downtown Vancouver looking for something to do. I decided to visit my favorite hotel brand and see how Beau was doing this year as well take in the Team Canada game against Finland.
When I first walked in Beau was living the good life, sleeping soundly on a luxurious dog bed right next to her owner at the concierge desk. It is no secret that this is a pet friendly hotel and that is quite apparent as you walk into its grand entrance. This is just one of the reasons I love this hotel brand, they truly provide an experience unlike any other and it’s why I choose them everywhere I go. Hotel guests can even take their canine concierges on walks around the city, a perfect thing for a family to do in this great city.
Since I was alone I decided to head in to the lounge as I noticed the game on every TV, and knowing that the breakfast buffet was right there I couldn’t say no. After a glorious meal and a win by Team Canada I headed on back to see if Beau had awaken from that deep slumber. Sure enough I was greeted with a wagging tail and she posed with me for this quick shot. This made my day and I continued on about the town with a little extra bounce on my step.
