My favorite hotel brand is giving me yet another reason to slang open my wallet and head on over to Vancouver in February. There is definitely a shortage of high in the sky dining options in Vancouver and I couldn’t imagine a better spot than right in the heart of the city. This will be a place for locals and globals to enjoy the incredible food that Chef Cameron brings to the table and I can’t wait! If you’re going to visit make sure you also stop in and give Mavis & Beau a pet on the head and some cuddles.
