21 Nov Luxury Lives At Sitka Cove On Gabriola

I was sitting down the other day to read the latest issue of Yam Magazine when I caught a full page ad for a stunning set of properties situated in Sitka Cove on Gabriola Island. I quickly noticed it was listed with Martin Velsen, a Realtor whose website I’m always browsing as he has the Islands game on lock up. I reached out to him and asked if I could post a few of his properties here and there and thought I’d start with one of my favorite Gulf Islands.

Sitka Cove is a newly developed property with seven beautiful acreage lots all situated around a sheltered cove and expansive coastline.
