Sonora Resort Executive Chef Wins Bronze At Gold Medal Plates

The Gold Medal Plates took place last night and it was quite the event! I just learned via Facebook that the executive chef at one of my favorite BC resorts took home the bronze. Terry Pichor earned it with his delicious Thiessen Farms duck, foie gras, and butternut squash ravioli with pine mushrooms, black garlic granola, and natural jus. It was paired with Foxtrot Vineyard’s 2010 Pinot Noir.
