Last month this story about a parking stall in Whistler going on the market for $110,000 CAD got pretty big press coverage to no surprise. It’s not often a parking stall at that price goes on the market, even more so in Whistler. Realtor Dave Brown had the listing and what I loved even more, is that he had to make a parking stall category on his property page!
The parking stall listing is gone from his listings which most likely means it sold, and there’s no shortage of buyers out there wanting their own primo spot in the heart of the village. This one is in the Glacier Lodge to be exact, a place I love staying at when I roll into the Village.
